This research addresses the systemic gap in providing equitable access to information regarding the physical accessibility of public spaces in Ukraine. By proposing a unified, standardized digital approach to accessibility monitoring, this paper outlines a path toward fulfilling national inclusivity commitments and improving service delivery for all citizens.
