In this article consider the influence of a social factor on understanding by the man of a healthy body and healthy way of life. The especial attention is focusing on the influence of socials factors on understanding about healthy life style by students of National University of "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy".
The article analyzes effects of transfers from state (central) budget on the fiscal behavior of local authorities. It is economeirically shown that, ceteris paribus, intergovernmental grants result in the growth of local budget size but also in the decrease of tax pressure on local communities. Therefore, the grants as a mechanism of vertical fiscal equalization do not lead to the expansion of government intervention into the economy.
