dc.descriptionThe article deals with the problem of correspondence between human and his body in Homeric epic. Particular attention is paid to the visibility and palpability of the epic hero 's so called organs, as well as to their special one-dimensionality where the «inner» and the «outer» are not distinguished. Although Homeric man has a body, he is not identical to it, which is only stressed with the concrete corporeal images (optical, outer) in depictions of man.en
dc.description.abstractУ статті порушено проблему співвідношення людини і тіла в гомерівському епосі. Акцентується, зокрема, на видимості та відчутності «органів» епічного героя, на їхній своєрідній одновимірності, де не розрізняються «внутрішнє» та «зовнішнє». Людина Гомера, хоча й має тіло, не ідентична йому. Конкретикою тілесних образів (зорових, зовнішніх) в описах людини лише підкреслено їх нетотожність.uk
