dc.description.abstractУ цій статті розглянуто механізм імплементації Європейської конвенції прав людини на прикладі окремих держав-учасниць. Основна ідея статті полягає в тому, що Конвенція не містить вимоги щодо конкретних засобів чи механізмів такої імплементації і кожна держава має права обирати їх самостійно. В той же час, Україна, прийнявши Конституцію України (cт. 9), вже визнала міжнародні договори та Конвенцію, зокрема, частиною національного права. Деякі держави вже інкорпорували положення Конвенції, і тому було б корисним не лише ознайомлюватися з їхнім досвідом, а й використовувати його на практиці в Україні.uk
dc.description.abstractIn this article it is described a mechanism of the implementation of the European Convention of Human Rights on the example of some states-parties. The main idea of the article is that the Convention does not consist demand concerning concrete remedies or mechanism of such implementation and every state has a right to make its own choice. In the newly adopted Constitution of Ukraine, our state, confirmed the international agreements and Convention as a part of the national legal frame of Ukraine. Some countries have already incorporated the provisions of the Convention, so, it would be helpful not just to familiarize with their experience but also to use it practice in Ukraine.en
