dc.description.abstractРоботу присвячено інтерпретації феномену істерії у версії П’єра Жане. Запропоноване П. Жане трактування істерії окреслено завдяки концептуалізації «істеричної тілесності», яка дозволяє означити властиве цьому авторові поєднання месмеричної та позитивістської традицій та наголосити на його зацікавленні «питанням відчуттів». Окрім того, дослідженням продемонстровано аналогію симптоматики істерії та типів тілесності, продукованих новими медіа, що з’явились у другій половині ХІХ ст. Також робота містить зіставлення психоаналітичної та жанетівської теорій істерії, яке проаналізовано через паралельне прочитання з двох відповідних позицій кінооповіді серіалу «Stranger Things». The work explores Pierre Janet’s interpretation of the phenomenon of hysteria. P. Janet’s way of the treatment of hysteria is outlined by the conceptualization of “hysterical corporeality,” which helps to point out the author’s adherence to both traditions of mesmerism and positivism. Furthermore, the research demonstrates analogy between the symptoms of hysteria and the types of corporeality which were produced by the new media that emerged in the second half of 19th century. The work also contains comparison of psychoanalytic and P. Janet’s theories of hysteria, which are analyzed through the parallel reading of the film narration from two positions in the “Stranger Things” series.uk_UA
