| dc.description | Age dynamics of the immune parameters of the rats of line Vistar during long time kept in the Chernobyl exclusion zone at formation of various radiating loadings due to a variation of capacity of the dose has been studied. In the range investigated of total doses of the irradiation (3,3/80 sGr for 16 month's) the qualitatively identical alterations of the immune parameters were observed. Dependence of immunomodulation influence of the irradiation from the dose was consisted in different speed of occurrence and dynamics of fluctuations of the immunological alterations. Significant role in development of alterations on the part of immune system of the irradiated animals played not only size of a total dose, but also term of influence of radiation on an organism. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | Вивчали вікову динаміку імунологічних показників щурів лінії Вістар, які постійно утримувалися в зоні відчуження ЧАЕС, при формуванні різних радіаційних навантажень за рахунок варіювання потужності дози. У досліджуваному діапазоні сумарних доз опромінення (3,3/80 сГр за 16 міс.) спостерігали якісно однакові відхилення імунологічних показників. Дозозалежність імуномодулюючого впливу опромінення полягала в різній швидкості виникнення імунологічних зрушень та динаміці їх коливань. Значну роль у розвитку порушень з боку імунної системи опромінених тварин відігравала не тільки величина сумарної дози, але й термін впливу радіації на організм. | uk_UA |
