dc.descriptionThe article carries out a comprehensive analysis of the labor market and identifies the key trends in the demand for specialists in the specialty 073 Management in the conditions of martial law and post-war reconstruction of the country. This work is devoted to researching the labor market and determining the current needs of employers for specialists in Management during the periods of martial law and post-war reconstruction of the country. First of all, the influence of the military conflict on economic processes, the structure of employment and the needs of employers for management specialists was investigated. The main challenges and opportunities faced by managers during martial law are analyzed, including adaptation to crisis conditions, risk management, maintenance of operational stability of enterprises and implementation of anti-crisis strategies. Prospects and requirements for managers in the context of post-war economic recovery are also explored. The role of managers in business reconstruction, optimization of management processes, introduction of innovations and development of new markets is evaluated. Special attention is paid to the skills and competencies most valued by employers during this period, including leadership, strategic thinking, the ability to quickly adapt and implement change. In the course of the study, the impact of military actions on the economy and the labor market, in particular on the demand for managers, was analyzed. The specific challenges faced by managers during military conflict are explored, such as risk management, crisis management, maintaining business continuity, and adapting to rapidly changing conditions. In addition, the role and functions of managers in the process of rebuilding the country after the end of hostilities were investigated. The key competencies that managers need for effective management in the conditions of post-war reconstruction are identified, including strategic planning, change management, innovation management and development of new business directions.en_US
dc.description.abstractУ статті проведено комплексний аналіз ринку праці та визначено ключові тенденції затребуваності фахівців за спеціальністю 073 Менеджмент в умовах воєнного стану та повоєнного відновлення країни. Ця робота присвячена дослідженню ринку праці та визначенню актуальних потреб роботодавців щодо фахівців за спеціальністю Менеджмент у періоди воєнного стану та повоєнного відновлення країни. Першочергово досліджено вплив воєнного конфлікту на економічні процеси, структуру зайнятості та потреби роботодавців у фахівцях з менеджменту. Проаналізовано основні виклики та можливості, з якими стикаються менеджери під час воєнного стану, включаючи адаптацію до кризових умов, управління ризиками, підтримку операційної стабільності підприємств та реалізацію антикризових стратегій. Також досліджено перспективи та вимоги до менеджерів у контексті повоєнного відновлення економіки. Оцінено роль менеджерів у відбудові бізнесу, оптимізації управлінських процесів, впровадженні інновацій та розвитку нових ринків. Особлива увага приділена навичкам та компетенціям, які найбільш високо цінуються роботодавцями у цей період, включаючи лідерство, стратегічне мислення, здатність до швидкої адаптації та впровадження змін. У ході дослідження було проаналізовано вплив воєнних дій на економіку та ринок праці, зокрема на затребуваність менеджерів. Вивчено специфічні виклики, з якими стикаються менеджери під час воєнного конфлікту, такі як управління ризиками, антикризове управління, підтримка безперервності бізнесу та адаптація до швидко змінюваних умов. Крім того, досліджено роль та функції менеджерів у процесі відновлення країни після завершення воєнних дій. Визначено ключові компетенції, які необхідні менеджерам для ефективного управління в умовах повоєнної відбудови, включаючи стратегічне планування, управління змінами, інноваційний менеджмент та розвиток нових бізнес-напрямків.uk_UA
