Abstract
The paper is devoted to the results of monitoring of ethnic prejudices of the population of Ukraine, the
surveys which is conducting by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology (KIIS) every year since 1994.
The data of 13 surveys, representative for the population of Ukraine, are analyzed. Each survey includes
from 1500 up to 2000 respondents (altogether about 22 000 respondents).
Our data shows that president elections campaign 2004 in Ukraine results in worsening of ethic relations
at all, especially between Russians and Ukrainians.
