dc.description.abstractУ статті досліджено сутність і методологічне значення праксеологічного підходу в криміналістиці. Проаналізовано співвідношення категорій "підхід" і "метод". Простежено генезу застосування положень праксеології в криміналістиці. Розглянуто злочинну діяльність і діяльність із розкриття, розслідування та запобігання злочинам як предмет дослідження криміналістики з позицій діяльнісного та праксеологічного підходів. Праксеологічна складова криміналістики полягає в дослідженні та оцінці названих видів людської діяльності з погляду їхньої ефективності. Названий підхід визначає специфічний напрям та інструментарій дослідження діяльності щодо боротьби зі злочинністю з метою підвищення її ефективності. Праксеологічне дослідження та з’ясування більш і менш ефективних проявів злочинної діяльності дає змогу визначити пріоритети в боротьбі з нею, прогнозувати дії злочинця та інших осіб, які протидіють розслідуванню. Окреслено значення праксеологічного підходу в криміналістиці як одного з елементів її методологічного апарату, ілюстрації практичної спрямованості науки, одного з керівних принципів побудови рекомендацій техніко-криміналістичного, тактичного й методичного характеру. Сформульовано визначення поняття праксеологічного підходу в криміналістиці як форми наукового пізнання, напряму дослідження злочинної діяльності та діяльності з розкриття, розслідування та запобігання злочинам, що полягає у вивченні характерних ознак названих видів діяльності з метою розроблення практично спрямованих рекомендацій щодо оптимізації процесу боротьби зі злочинністю.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe essence and methodological significance of the praxeological approach in criminalistics are investigated in the article. The correlation of the categories “approach” and "method" is analyzed. The genesis of the application of the provisions of forensic science in forensics is traced. Criminal activity and activities for the detection, investigation and prevention of crime are considered as the subject of criminalistics from the point of view of activity and approaches. Praxeological component of criminalistics is to study and evaluate these types of human activity in terms of their effectiveness. With regard to the fight against crime, the praxeological approach determines the specific direction and tools of research of such activity in order to increase its effectiveness. The praxeological study of criminal activity and the determination of its more or less effective manifestations allow us to determine priorities in the fight against it, to predict the actions of the offender and other persons who oppose the investigation. The importance of the praxeological approach as one of the guiding principles of the general theory of criminalistics, forensic techniques, tactics and methods, forensic expertise is outlined. It is determined that the praxeological approach in forensics is a form of scientific knowledge, a direction of study of criminal activity and activity on detection, investigation and prevention of crimes, which consists of studying the characteristic features of these types of activities in order to develop practically directed recommendations for optimizing the process of combating crime. Forensic praxeology is a system of theoretical propositions for the purposeful study of patterns of criminal activity and activities for the detection, investigation and prevention of crime, as well as the use of patterns to develop and implement recommendations aimed at improving the effectiveness of the fight against crime.en_US
