Abstract
This paper explores the intersection of academic training and the professional implementation of public policy analysis as a cornerstone for future societal development. The research identifies a persistent gap between theoretical models taught in educational institutions and the complex, multifaceted reality of practical policy application. By examining current pedagogical approaches and systemic barriers in the public sector, the study highlights critical problems such as data accessibility, political constraints, and the need for advanced analytical competencies. The findings suggest that "building the future" requires a paradigm shift toward integrated learning environments that emphasize adaptive governance and evidence-based decision-making. Ultimately, the article proposes strategic recommendations to harmonize educational curricula with the evolving demands of modern public administration.
