dc.descriptionUkraine has to solve extremely difficult tasks, because, along with effective resistance to the Russian Federation’s military aggression, it is necessary to form an adequate socioeconomic basis for post-war recovery and successful integration into the European Union. The country must not only defend its European choice, but also scientifically consider the content of European values rooted in social institutions. The relevant area of creative studies is the transformation of property relations and social distribution. The institution of private property constitutes the foundations of a market economy and civil society, but beyond regulation it produces the effects of social alienation. An important form of social alienation is the phenomenon of social stratification by income and access to resources. The global tendency towards excessive social differentiation was outlined in the last decades of the 20th century. However, state social security programs signifcantly smoothed out the contradictions. At the turn of the century, great hopes for the improvement of social life rested on the development of the information and network economy. On the wave of optimistic expectations, the reformation of the dominant model of the social market state began. It was assumed that the public administration system would turn into a key factor in socioeconomic modernization and lead to the formation of a new type of public sector. However, insufficient scientific understanding of the transformation of corporate governance mechanisms caused a tendency to strengthen economic efficiency priorities at the expense of weakening of social responsibility principles, which contributed to the formation of a number of new contradictions and threats to sustainable development. Today, the processes of social alienation are intensifying against the backdrop of social conflicts. Contradictions in exercising property rights and social distribution became especially acute in the space of Ukraine's war economy. In the context of the search for ways to overcome the novel forms of alienation, the process of modernization of social distribution is considered taking into account the experience of world experiments with introducing universal basic income. On the basis of the scenario approach, the possibilities of applying the universal basic income policy in Ukraine are determined.en_US
dc.description.abstractВисвітлено зміст глобально-локальних ринкових трансформацій у контексті перетворення відносин власності й суспільного розподілу. Окреслено глобальні загрози сталому розвитку на тлі зміцнення суспільних пріоритетів економічної ефективності за рахунок послаблення принципів соціальної відповідальності. Проаналізовано світовий досвід і наслідки соціальних експериментів із запровадження безумовного базового доходу. На основі сценарного підходу визначено можливості застосування політики безумовного базового доходу для реалізації програм повоєнного відновлення економіки України.uk_UA
