| dc.description | In the article the tendencies of development of the sources of law of Ukraine, which are caused by its inclusion in European law-integration processes, are analyzed. Specifically, the author proposes his own point of view on the place of those international treaties, consent on obligatory force on which was given by Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, their role in the system of the sources of national law and their correlation with the laws of Ukraine. The author also discloses the nature of the common principles of law as the sources of law and examines the perspectives of the court precedent in Ukraine in connection with recognition by Ukraine the compulsory jurisdiction of the European Court on Human Rights in all of the questions, which are concerned to the interpretation and application of the Convention on the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (1950). | en |
