dc.descriptionThe study is devoted to the peculiarities of the functioning of IT sector enterprises in the conditions of modern global transformations and challenges of wartime. The role of the IT sector as a catalyst for profound changes in all spheres of life is analyzed. It is determined that its influence is manifested in the growth of investments in IT development and production, the formation of new markets and competitive models. It is proven that the IT sector determines innovations and modernization of classical industries through the integration of technologies, active modernization of technological architecture in the service and production sectors, strengthening the importance of the image of countries and industries, as well as the formation of the Internet economy and the growth of the influence of digital financial assets. It is emphasized that in Ukraine the problem arises not only of preserving the IT sector, but also of strategically increasing its potential to support the national economy, the military-industrial complex and post-war reconstruction. The key features and conflict states of the Ukrainian IT sector for 2020–2024 are analyzed, in particular: complication of international cooperation and relocation of business; termination of the activities of some IT enterprises; reorientation of budget funds to military needs; oversaturation of the labor market with IT specialists; transformation of information and documentation support into permanent crisis states due to cyber incidents; complexity of work in martial law due to unpredictability of changes and lack of a strategic vision of the future of the economy; increasing importance of image and communications for the development of IT enterprises, especially for young companies; change in the model of support for the IT sector in Ukraine, which is illustrated by the creation of the Incredible Tech catalog to promote Ukrainian IT solutions on the global market. Attention was paid to the role of fintech, which demonstrates a high capacity for innovation in the face of military challenges. Scenarios for the development of the IT sector in the post-war period are considered, from favorable ones, ensuring national interests and preserving intellectual potential, to conditionally negative ones, which imply complication of activities and increased competition. The most realistic is an integrated scenario that combines different situations and depends on the global IT market, investments and state support.en_US
dc.description.abstractДослідження присвячене вивченню особливостей діяльності ІТ-підприємств України в умовах воєнного стану та майбутнього повоєнного відновлення. Обґрунтовано актуальність дослідження змін у світовому та національному ІТ-секторі за умов ускладнення процесів відтворення ринків і національних економік. Визначено ключові особливості, впливові процеси та конфліктні стани ІТ-підприємств за період 2020–2024 років, які мають принципове значення для майбутніх сценаріїв розвитку національного ІТ-сектору. Приділено увагу ролі фінтех-напряму, який демонструє високу здатність до інновацій в умовах воєнних викликів. Наведено сценарії розвитку ІТ-сектору України у повоєнні часи. Зроблено висновки щодо вірогідного варіанту інтегрування наведених сценаріїв з метою розробки реальних стратегічних заходів для ІТ-підприємств в умовах повоєнного відновлення.uk_UA
