Some new results obtained due to these methods application are reviwed.Item Скейлінг-рівняння параметра порядку цезію поблизу критичної точки рідина-пара(2000) Шиманська, Олена; Галапчук, M.Досліджена форма кривої співіснування лужного металу Сs поблизу критичної точки. Проведена статистична обробка експериментальних даних за температурними залежностями густин співіснуючих рідинної та газової фаз Сs з застосуванням спеціальної методики. Одержано значення критичних параметрів Tc, рс та критичного показника кривої співіснування B0 = 0,352 ± 0,005, яке в межах експериментальних похибок збігається з середнім експериментальним значенням B0 = 0,35 для молекулярних рідин, але не узгоджується з результатами класичної теорії та з теоретичним значенням тривимірної моделі Ізінга. Виявлено, що поведінка металічної рідини Сs поблизу критичної точки подібна до поведінки звичайних молекулярних та атомарних рідин.Item Канонічні координати в скінченнозонному секторі нелінійних рівнянь солітонного типу(2001) Бернацька, Юлія; Голод, ПетроУ статті розглянуто скінченнозонний сектор нелінійних інтегровних рівнянь ±МКдФ, sin(sh)-Гордон, КдФ та Ліувілля. Показано, що ці гамільтонові системи природним чином виникають як системи на орбітах афінних алгебр (алгебр петель). Подано схему їх скінченнозонного інтегрування. Для рівнянь ±МКдФ та sin(sh)-Гордон досліджено симплектичну структуру скінченнозонного сектора фазового простору і побудовано канонічні координати "дія—кут".Item Практикум з молекулярної фізики : навчальний посібник(2003) Шиманська, ОленаНавчальний посібник "Практикум з молекулярної фізики" підготовлений на кафедрі фізико-математичних наук факультету природничих наук Національного університету "Києво-Могилянська академія". Berkovich proposed the next problem: "Suppose that p-group G satisfies the following condition: if Z is a cyclic subgroup o f G then either Z ≤ Z(G) or Z ⋂ Z(G) = {1}. Classify all such groups". We have proved that abelian p-groups and p-groups with exponent p exhaust all regular p-groups satisfying this condition.Item Theory of Spin Polarization Phenomena in Atomic and Molecular Photoeffects(2006) Agre, MarkA compact invariant expression for the angular distribution of photoelectrons formed as a result of photoionization of axisymmetrically polarized atoms and molecules, including optically active molecules, is derived from the general symmetry considerations and using a recently developed bipolar harmonic reduction technique. In the angular distribution of photoelectrons, as well as in the total photoionization cross section, the dependence on all the geometric parameters is separated completely. The polarization of ionizing radiation can be arbitrary, with the partial polarization being specified by the Stokes parameters. The expression for the angular distribution of photoelectrons escaping from an atomic–molecular system oriented in the first order also determines the structure of the expression for the photoionization cross section of an unpolarized system with allowance for the spin polarization of a photoelectron or a photoion with the spin 1/2. The roles played by circular dichroism, chirality, etc., in the process of photoionization of oriented and aligned systems are analyzed in detail.Item The non-regular 2-groups satisfying the condition: each cyclic subgroup is contained in the center or has a trivial intersection wiyh it(2007) Pylyavska, Olha; Shatohina, Ju.Y. Berkovich formulated the following problem: «Suppose that p-group (! satisfies the following condition: if C is a cyclic subgroup o f G then either ('< Z(G) or C n Z (C ) = {l}. Classify all such groups.» The authors have proved that each regular p-group satisfies this condition if and only if it is either abelian or a group o f exponent p. Here we regard the non-regular 2-groups. Some necessary conditions for non-abe/ian 2-group in which every cyclic subgroup is contained in the center or has a trivial intersection with it are pointed. The minima! example o f non-regular 2-group with 2 generators satisfying this condition is constructed.Item Молекулярна фізика : навчальний посібник(КМ Академія, 2007) Шиманський, Юрій; Шиманська, ОленаЗміст посібника відповідає базовій програмі з дисципліни "Молекулярна фізика" та з циклу курсів експериментальної фізики для університетів. У ньому викладено фізичні властивості речовин у різних агрегатних станах, які обумовлюються їх внутрішньою будовою (структурою, взаємодією між частинками та типом молекулярного руху). Розглянуто як експериментальні, так і теоретичні методи молекулярної фізики, а саме, термодинамічні, статистичні, методи фізичних моделей та гіпотез. Розглянуто явище переносу, фазові перетворення першого та другого роду, діаграми станів індивідуальних речовин та розчинів. Курс молекулярної фізики готує студентів до самостійного розв'язання фізичних задач та сприйняття широкого кола явищ, які вивчаються в наступних спеціальних курсах. They appear in representation theory, geometrical quantization, theory of magnetism, quantum optics etc. As geometric objects the orbits were the subject of much study. However, they remain hard for calculation and application. We propose simple solutions for the following problems: an explicit parameterization of the orbit by means of a generalized stereographic projection, obtaining a Kählerian structure on the orbit, introducing basis two-forms for the cohomology group of the orbit.Item Determination of groups all of whose proper subgroups have a commutator subgroup of order equal or less than p(p≥3) : corrigendum(2008) Pylyavska, OlhaIt is shown that the nonabelian p-groups all o f whose proper subgroups have a derived subgroup of order equal or less then p for p > 2 is either groups with commutator subgroup o f order p or groups, which are either 2-generated group from isoclinism families Ф3, Ф6. Ф8. Ф14 or 3-generated groups from isoclinism families Ф4, Ф11. The misprints and mistakes o f a previous paper are corrected.Item Nature Rezerves as Core Areas of eco-net in the context of sustainable Development of Regions(Institute of Geography RAS, A. N. Severtsov Institute for Ecology and Evolution RAS, 2008) Movchan, Yaroslav; Matvieiev, Serhii; Bezusko, AllaNational networks of the reserves institutions are developing now in most of European countries. This is the “gold fund” which facilitates restoration of the ecological balance, refinement of air and water, increasing of number of animals and plants. National nature parks, nature and biosphere reserves are the main nature protection, cultural, educational, scientific research institutions, which make bright preciousness of natural acquirement, natural, historical and cultural inheritance of people. One of modern direction in creation of nature reserve objects is their multifunctionality, particularly of national parks, that allowed to combine nature conservation and prerequisites of sustainable use: bioresources, tourism, recreation/resort, aesthetic and eco-education. Establishment of new protected areas in Europe has been developed in line with recommendations of the Pan-European Biological and Landscape Diversity Strategy (PEBLDS) in respect of the issue of the development of Pan-European Eco-Net (PEEN) as a single spatial system of areas of European countries with the natural or partly altered condition of a landscape.Item Кінематика процесу двофотонної іонізації атомарних систем(2008) Агре, МаркHa основі загальних міркувань симетрії встановлено компактний інваріантний вираз для кутового розподілу фотоелектронів, що в процесі двофотонної іонізації вилітають з непо-ляризованих атомів та молекул. У цьому розподілі повністю відокремлено залежність від усіх геометричних параметрів. Показано, що в кутовому розподілі фотоелектронів з оптично активних молекул можна спостерігати ефект кругового дихроїзму, тоді як для молекул, що не мають оптичної активності, та атомів залишається тільки специфічний ефект еліптичного дихроїзму. Отримано також: інваріантний вираз для повної ймовірності двофотонної іонізації аксіально-симетрично поляризованих (орієтованих та вишикуваних) атомарних систем. Проаналізовано ефекти кругового та еліптичного дихроїзмів процесу іонізації, що спричиняються орієнтацією та вишикуваністю.Item Ordered States and Nonlinear Large-Scale Excitations in a Planar Magnet of Spin s=1(2008) Bernatska, Julia; Holod, PetroWe study ordered states and topological excitations in a quasitwo-dimensional magnet modeled by a square lattice with spins s=1 at all sites, and a Hamiltonian with the biquadratic exchange interaction between the nearest neighbor sites. We propose two effective Hamiltonians for the description of large-scale excitations in the strictly two-dimensional case. They describe excitations of the mean field in the nematic phase and the mixed ferromagneticnematic phase. It is shown that the effective Hamiltonians are minimized on configurations with fixed topological charge. These topological excitations can arise at low temperatures and cause the destruction of a long-range order in the strictly two-dimensional system.
